From Shinjuku station, take the Chuo-Sobu line on platform 16. Okubo station is one stop away. When you get off at Okubo station, exit out of the north gate. Cross the street, take a left and the hotel is about 100m away. When you want to go back to Shinjuku, go to platform 2 in Okubo station. This place is conveniently located. The room (Jr. Suite) was spacious, included a washer and dryer (however, it took 5-6 hours to do one load), a refrigerator, an induction stove, pots, pans, utensils, cups, dish soap, and more! A supermarket is located on the ground floor and Dominos is there too! It’s also walking distance to Shin-Okubo Korea town, where we bough yummy street food. They have a luggage transfer feature and we were able to send all our luggage to the airport two days before our departure, so we didn’t have to travel with heavy luggages. Laundry took a long time, but we stuck a load in before we slept and it was dry by morning. We also stuck a load in before we left for the day and it was dry when we came back in the evening. If you really want to wash your clothes faster, there’s a laundry mat about 2 minutes away walking distance. Washing and drying two loads took us 45-50 minutes. It was great! We absolutely loved our stay here and would stay again in the future.

This was our first visit to Tokyo and it was a bit of an unknown for us when it came to Japanese Hotels. We reached around 6pm at the station near the hotel and did a 10 minute walk to the hotel in the a very international Asian neighbourhood of Okubo. The whole street was filled with Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Nepalese and Indian eateries (besides lots of Japanese food places). The hotel has a Japanese-Italian restaurant and a Domino's (exceptional crust which puts to shame the Singapore version) in the same building. There is an AEON supermarket right next door too. Okubo is the nearest JR station (a 2 minute walk). Don't confuse it with Shin-Okubo station which is about 10-15 minutes walk. You can even walk to Shinjuku in about 15-20 minutes from the hotel. Our apartment had a kitchenette in it so we cooked breakfast for our kids everyday. Everything was arranged nicely for us in a very thoughtful way. Plates, cutleries, cooking utensils, drinking bottles etc. The room had a very strong washer dryer so we did our laundry in the room itself. We stayed there for 6 nights and then did a late checkout by an hour (About 1600 Yen).

Really good location, walking distance form Okubo & Shin Okobu stations. In a busy area but still quite quiet - couldn't hear much traffic. Small grocery store & currency exchange- all nearby. Reception present all the time & very polite. Very clean, decent size room. You get fresh towels & water bottles everyday and cleaning service is every 3 days. You get everything you need- a small kichenette, iron, hair dryer, slippers etc. Kicthen didn't have knifes but I understood later that you can get those from reception. Bathroom very clean and decent size. Toilet was separate in our room. It has a small gym. Small ice machine & water / juice dispensing machine in lobby It also has a small laundry room in basement which is shared, but still very useful. The hotel doesn't provide food but lots of eating places nearby.

We were visiting Japan to celebrate my boyfriend’s cancer recovery and Hundred Stay were so amazing. We stayed for 6 nights, and didn’t want to leave! We felt so comfortable in our room, which had a big couch, comfy bed, a big bath, a microwave, and wonderful city view. We also got bottles of water and fresh pyjamas every day. There’s also a laundry room and vending machine inside the hotel. So basically everything you need :) Extremely patient and friendly staff who speak good English. They were very kind to my boyfriend and made the extra effort to congratulate him on his cancer recovery. It was so appreciated. Thank you Hundred Stay, we’d love to stay with you again!

A very simple hotel, but it has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they sent the suitcases for us to the next hotel and answered all our questions. It is close to two train stations Okubo (the yellow line) and Shin-Okubo (the Yamanote line - green). Also very close by foot to Shinjuku. The room has a microwave, kettle and small refrigerator, as well as dishes and cutlery. In the shower there is shampoo, hair conditioner and soap. The lobby has free toothbrushes, bath sponges, face cream, and other small things if you forgot to bring them with you. On rainy days there provided umbrellas if you didn't have one.
